A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment situated 1 min from the beach set in a stunning area of Almeria. Playa el Calon is nestles in a lovely bay area between the towns of Villaricos and San Juan.
The apartment is in a small complex of 34 apartments set around a kidney shaped pool. Our apartment is a top floor apartment with solarium. 2 double bedrooms, one twin and one double. The main bedroom with double bed you can wake up in the morning and look at the sea roll in.
Lounge with sofa which can be used as a double bed also tv with satalite. dining table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are also provided. all main rooms have ceiling fans.
The beach has a table tennis table and climbing frames for the children. Villaricos with its lovely marina is 5 mins away Vera Water Park is 15 mins away and Mojacar is 20 mins drive. Desert Springs Golf and Cortjio Grande Golf are easy distance and if you like Bowling Los Gallardos is 20 mins drive set in a picturesque place in view of the mountains.
Plenty to see and do or just relax and unwind in this beautiful apartment in Playa el Calon. There is an english couple on site to help you if needed. The price includes preparation before you arrive and cleaning when you leave.
